All of our products are custom-made, therefore, we cannot accept returns unless it is defective and in this situation we will resolve the issues.
We need 10-15 days to finish led illuminated letter sign.
For painting we can custom PMS(Pantone) color, tell us color value we will custom make it without extra fee.

If you want to install in outdoor, the best options are frontlit letters, backlit letters and marquee letters which with stainless steel material. Acrylic letters are more suitable for indoor use.
All the signages are package with polywood case. Recycling bins ara package with thick carton case. We will make a strong package to protect products from damage.
