3: Design
If you don’t have the design files, we will make an initial design for your review to check the dimensions, fonts, colors or surface finished.
4: Quotation
We will send you professional quotation sheet with details and shipping cost base on your request and design file.
5: Move Forward the Order
We make PI to you once you decide to go ahead the order, please print it and signature it, send us the scanning copy.
6: Payment
Please finish the payment and send us bank slip, so we can start to draw technical design with all the details.
7: Design & Production
Please give us confirmation of design taht with details, so that we can start the production.
8: Quality Testing
Our QD will test the led lighting and quality to make sure that you get high quality signs.
9: Final Products
We will take pictures or videos of the final signs to show you the led lighting effect and surface finished.
10: Packing
Our signs will pack with plywood cases. Durable case will well protect your signs during delivery.
11: Shipping
We call shipping company to pick up your products and send you waybill at first time to track the delivery information.
12: After Sale
We offer 2 years warranty. Feel free contact us for any issues. We will give you guide and replacement for non-human damaged signs.
