The Construction of Push Through Sign
Solid Panel or Substrate: The sign starts with a sturdy and opaque panel or substrate made of metal materials such as stainless steel, aluminum. This panel serves as the background for the sign.
Cutout Letters or Logo: Each letter or logo of the signage is individually cut out from the front face of the panel. The cutouts can be custom-designed to match the desired font or logo.
Translucent Material: Behind each cutout letter or shape, a translucent material, such as acrylic or polycarbonate, is placed. This material can be clear or colored, depending on the desired effect.
Illumination: The translucent material is illuminated from behind using LED light sources. The light passes through the translucent material, creating a vibrant and glowing effect.
Mounting and Installation: The assembled push-through sign is mounted onto a frame or directly onto the building facade. The installation involve studs and paper template.
